This is the only Bird Song on my iPod, so I have been listening to it quite a bit for the last months, and have grown to like it more and more over time.

The early to mid 80's Bird Songs are much different than the early 70's ones. While I haven't heard all of them, the tonality of the jams is much different in these eras.

70's - spacey and mellow, almost dark star type jams
80's - pretty, melodic, more driven (2 drummers)

I'm not sure that I've heard a Bird Song that I didn't like.
